At an early age, Chef Sean was inspired by his Austrian grandmother, "Omi", and Eastern European chefs and learned the classical techniques of utilizing farm fresh food and scratch cooking. After coming to America, Sean sought opportunities to learn from top chefs and was quickly awarded a head chef position at a Jackson Hole, Wyoming, restaurant, at only twenty. By the time his son, Brayden, was born, Sean had eight years of executive chef experience and knew the time was right to create Food Studio B here in the Birmingham area.
Specializing in fresh, natural, and organic foods, Food Studio B has a cafe in Chelsea, AL, a full catering service, and even offers home meals! His new line of healthy snack foods are delicious for people of all ages. Click HERE for more information.
In addition to Chef Sean catering the Gluten Free Gala, he will also share his years of experience with you in several cooking demonstrations! Do not miss the chance to meet him at his booth or learn some of his excellent techniques!
