Led by the wonderful Chef Sean Butler of Food Studio B, this fundraiser not only helps local charities but it will be a worry free dinner that caters to your dietary needs! This menu is DELICIOUS! Foccacia bread, fresh herbs, garlic confit, Sausage Stuffed Chicken Breast witha Blood Orange Basil Concasse, Portabello and Green Apple Pasta, salad with White Balsamic, and Neopolitain Cake ALL Glutne and Dairy free!!. Proceeds from the dinner will help Celiac research, The Bell Center, ARC of Shelby County, and The Therapy Ranch. Friday, February 24th, 2012. Making Tracks for Celiacs 5K!
All runners and walkers welcome! On Saturday morning, February 25th, 2012, come out to Veterans Park in Hoover, Al. Proceeds will benefit the Center For Celiac Research and the Birmingham Celiac Disease Support Group. And, of course, all post-race snacks are Gluten Free, provided by the Center for Celiac Research.
