Entry Restrictions/Criteria: Child must have been born on or after March 1st, 2010 (3 and under). All entrants must provide a signed release form before their photo will be added for voting. Release form must be received within 7 days of initial submission of photo on station websites. This form will be available for download from the entry web site.
